Aptamer Development
We developed peanut allergen-specific aptamers using in silico computational methods. These aptamers specifically bind to peanut allergens Ara h2 and Ara h1.
Our aptamers effectively reduce crude peanut-induced degranulation in the RBL-2H3 cell line in vitro.
Additionally, we found that our aptamers are stable at various temperatures, demonstrating excellent heat stability.
